Team 9.99 are NZ-based competitors in the N-Prize challenge, competing to launch a satellite in to Earth orbit before 19:19:09 (GMT) on the 19th of September 2011.
The catch? The satellite must weigh between 9.99 and 19.99 grams and orbit the Earth 9 times on a budget of £999.99.
This is very nearly impossible.
